Pandasaurus Games has two new games coming out this September: Red Scare & King’s Life!
In Red Scare players become FBI agents attempting to root out the communist double agents in the Soviet era. This is a 4-10 player hidden role/social deduction game that will have you suspiciously eyeing everyone at the table for around 20-30 minutes. In a fun twist, to discover who is who, you must use a pair of secret decoder glasses!
Jess: I don’t know why, but I am tickled they added the glasses. I like how Ian O’Toole’s art design utilizes the 3D glasses color scheme while still giving the game that Soviet Era style. I’ll be curious to see how it plays.
Designed by the talented Bruno Faidutti, King’s Life is a party game for up to eight players. Your mission is to entertain the King with a variety of ridiculous activities. The game is illustrated by one of our favs, The Mico (Mihajlo Dimitrovski Valeria: Card Kingdoms).
Jess: There isn’t much info on what the activities will entail, but I’m guessing we’ll have to act out what is on the card? Whatever it is, it will probably be a lot of fun. Bruno is a darn good designer. Keep an eye on Pandasaurus come September for the release of these two new games!
